This is a 63 m² big south facing apartment in the green district Doebling located closely to the popular district Grinzing in Vienna. The apartment offers 2 rooms and is located on the third floor. An elevator is provided. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV and a dresser. The living room offers a big leather couch on which it is also possible to sleep. A dining table for 8 people and a 50 Zoll television are also provided. The kitchen is newly furnished and contains everything needed for cooking. A bathroom with tub and shower and a bidet is available. Right in front of the house is the Karl-Marx-court, a famous building, which was built by one of the pupils of Otto Wagner in 1930. Within walking distance are located: die Heurigen, the Hohewartebad and the Rothschild Park. Also very close: a post office, a newspapaer kiosk, a farmacy, a bank, a spuermarket and a restaurant. The tram and the underground are located also very closely and the city center is located 15 minutes away. The car can be parked in front of the apartment. Smoking is allowed in the living room, but not in the bedroom. The house was built 1910.
